Where are your products made and shipped from?

All Snark Dept. items are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, our trusted production partner. Depending on your location, orders are shipped from U.S. or international fulfillment centers. Snark Dept. is a U.S.-based business, and every order is backed by our commitment to quality and customer care.


How long does it take to get my order?

• Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.
• U.S. delivery: Typically 5–10 business days after processing.
• International delivery: May take longer depending on destination and customs.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.


What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except if an item arrives damaged or defective.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend double-checking measurements before placing your order since items are printed on demand and cannot be exchanged for size issues.


Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

No. All orders are shipped directly to your address. We do not offer in-person pickup or local delivery.
