Refund & Returns Policy – Snark Dept.
At Snark Dept., every item is made-to-order just for you — which means we don’t keep inventory sitting around waiting for a home. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.
Exceptions
While Snark Dept. does not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items, we do provide exchanges or replacements for defective or misprinted items reported within 7 days of delivery. Customers should contact support@snarkdept.com to begin an exchange or replacement request.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or in the wrong size/color due to a printing error:
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will cover the full cost of return shipping (if a return is required) and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Before ordering, please:
• Review the size chart (measure twice, order once!)
• Double-check your shipping info
• Confirm you actually want the shirt that says what you clicked on 😉
